What is stored
Your normalized email address, when it was verified, when the latest plan was sent, and whether you explicitly selected marketing updates. Verification codes expire after ten minutes.
Email delivery without hidden consent.
When you ask for your plan by email, we use your address to verify the request and deliver the calculated results. Selecting the optional updates checkbox is a separate choice.
What is not stored
The calculator inputs and nutritional plan are transmitted for the requested email but are not retained in the subscriber record. We do not sell submitted email addresses.
Optional news and updates
Plan delivery does not subscribe you to promotional messages. Only the separate optional checkbox records consent for occasional Durability Project news and practical updates. Any update email will provide a way to unsubscribe.
Service providers
Cloudflare-hosted storage supports verification records, and Resend processes outgoing email. Their systems may process the technical data needed to deliver the message.
Automated delivery addressMessages from plans@mail.durabilityproject.com are automated and should not be replied to. A separate contact address will be published before newsletters or other updates are sent.
